Mr Plant is a seasoned finance executive, with almost 30 years of experience in various corporate and commercial roles. Mr. Jennings has previously worked in the mining industry for over 18 years and has worked in leadership roles across operations, health, safety and emergency response. He has been involved in a variety of areas of the industry including exploration, construction, commissioning, maintenance, open cut and underground mining, nationally and internationally. Ross is a former British Army Non-commissioned officer and Princes Trust Award for Leadership recipient
Mr. Jennings is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently a board member for Teach Learn Grow. He is also a mentor for the Women in Mining and Resources WA and Pride Professionals’ WA. Ross holds formal qualifications in Health and Safety, Emergency Management, Environmental Management and Human Resources. He has been recognised by Beyond Blue for his contribution to mental health as an advocate and fundraiser.
